Customer category data (known as Customer Types in Sage Intacct) flows from Sage Intacct to Zudello to provide customer categorization for sales and marketing analysis.
Field Mappings

Key Behaviours
- Customer Segmentation: This integration syncs your customer categories to enable better customer analysis and reporting.
- Incremental Sync: The integration only syncs categories that are new or have been updated since the last check.
- Multi-entity Support: The integration can be configured to sync customer categories from specific entities in a multi-entity Sage Intacct environment.
