Document Processing Commitments​

Fair Use Policy​

Establishes our flexible approach to document processing volumes. All customers receive a 50-document buffer beyond their monthly quota without incurring overage charges, ensuring flexibility for normal business variations. This policy applies to Platform v3 customers from July 1, 2025.

Document Extraction Guarantee​

Our commitment to charging customers only for documents that are successfully processed. If our platform fails to extract supported data fields from eligible documents, those documents won't count toward your quota. Applies to Platform v3 customers from July 1, 2025.
