FAQ: How do I switch between teams?

If your user account is a member of multiple teams within your Zudello organisation, you can easily switch between them.

Steps:

  1. Locate Team Switcher: Find the team switcher dropdown menu. This is usually located at the top left of the Zudello interface, often displaying the name of the team you are currently viewing.

  2. Click Dropdown: Click on the current team name or the associated dropdown arrow.
  3. Select Team: A list of all the teams you are an active member of will appear. Click the name of the team you want to switch to.

Outcome:

  • The Zudello interface will refresh, displaying the data (documents, settings, etc.) for the newly selected team.
  • Your permissions and data visibility will now reflect your User Group assignments within that specific team.

Default Team:

You can set a Default Team in your profile settings. Zudello will automatically load this team when you log in. If no default is set, it usually loads the first team in your list or the last one you accessed.
