This document explains how Project information from MYOB Acumatica is synced to Zudello.
How it Works
The integration regularly checks for new or updated projects in MYOB Acumatica and brings them into Zudello. This enables project-based accounting and cost tracking.
Field Mapping
This table shows how key information from an MYOB Acumatica project is mapped in Zudello.

| Code | Project ID | The unique code for the project. |
| Name | Description | The description of the project. |
| Status | Active | If a project is active in MYOB Acumatica, it will be 'ACTIVE' in Zudello. Otherwise, it will be 'INACTIVE'. |
Key Behaviours
- Efficient Syncing: To save time, the integration only syncs projects that are new or have been updated since the last check.
- Matching: Projects are matched between the systems using their unique Project ID.
