This document explains how your Chart of Accounts from MYOB Acumatica is synced to Zudello.
How it Works
The integration regularly checks for new or updated accounts in MYOB Acumatica and brings them into Zudello. This ensures your financial accounts are always consistent across both systems.
Field Mapping
This table shows how key information from an MYOB Acumatica account is mapped to an account in Zudello.
Zudello Field | MYOB Acumatica Field | Notes |

Account Code | Account Code | The unique code used to identify the account. |
Name | Description | The description of the account. |
Status | Active | If an account is active in MYOB Acumatica, it will be 'ACTIVE' in Zudello. Otherwise, it will be 'INACTIVE'. |
Account Type | Type | The account's type (e.g., Asset, Liability). |
Key Behaviours
- Efficient Syncing: To save time, the integration only syncs accounts that are new or have been updated since the last check.
- Matching: Accounts are matched between the systems using their unique Account Code.
