Moving documents between teams

Zudello makes it easy to move documents between teams when they have been uploaded to the wrong team. This guide explains how to quickly move a document to the correct team.

Best practices

• Double-check the target team before moving documents
• Ensure you have appropriate permissions in both the source and target teams
• Consider notifying relevant team members when moving important documents

Moving a document

1. Open the document you want to move.
2. Click ... at the top of the document.
3. Click Switch teams.
4. Select the target team from the drop-down menu.

The document automatically moves to the selected team.
