Quick Start: Viewing Audit History

Need to see who changed what and when on a document? Use the Audit History.

Steps:

  1. Open the Document: Navigate to and open the document whose history you want to view.
  2. Access History Panel: Click the History icon (often a clock or list symbol) in the side action panel (far right).
  3. Review History:
    • Timeline View (Default): Shows changes chronologically, grouping related changes. Expand items for details.
    • Detailed View: Click the toggle/tab for a table view showing each field change individually with old and new values.

What You Can See:

  • Timestamp of each change.
  • User who made the change.
  • Field(s) modified.
  • Original value and new value (in Detailed view).

Tip: Use the Audit History to understand how a document reached its current state or troubleshoot unexpected changes.
