Quick Start: Adding a Related Attachment

Need to keep supporting documents together? Attach files directly to a Zudello record.

Steps:

  1. Open the Document: Navigate to and open the main document (e.g., the Purchase Order or Invoice) you want to add an attachment to.
  2. Access Attachments Panel: Click the Related Attachments icon (often a paperclip) in the side action panel (far right).
  3. Upload File:
    • Click Upload Attachments.
    • Drag and drop your file(s) into the upload area, OR click Click here to upload and select the file(s) from your computer.
  4. Confirm: Wait for the upload to complete. The file(s) will appear in the Related Attachments list.

What Happens Next?

The supporting file is now linked to the main document and can be viewed or downloaded by anyone accessing the main document (subject to permissions).
