Quick Start: Using Basic Search and Filters

Quickly locate specific documents or narrow down lists using Zudello's search and filter tools.

Using the Search Bar:

  1. Navigate to the relevant submodule (e.g., Purchasing > Invoices).
  2. Type a Document Number (e.g., invoice number) or Reference Number (e.g., PO number listed on an invoice) into the main search bar at the top of the screen.
  3. Press Enter or wait for results to appear.

Using Simple Filters:

  1. Status Filter:
    • Click the Status bar (top right).
    • Select/deselect statuses to show only documents in those specific stages (e.g., only Ready and User Review).
  2. Quick Filters:
    • Click the Filter icon (funnel, top right).
    • Use the Supplier (or Customer/Employee) drop-down to select a specific entity.
    • Use the Assigned to drop-down to see documents assigned to a specific user.
    • Click Apply.

Removing Filters:

  • Click the Filter icon again and click Clear or deselect individual filter values.
  • Click the Status bar and click Select All.

What Happens Next?

The list view updates instantly to show only the documents matching your search or filter criteria.
