Quick Start: Using Basic Search and Filters
Quickly locate specific documents or narrow down lists using Zudello's search and filter tools.
Using the Search Bar:
- Navigate to the relevant submodule (e.g., Purchasing > Invoices).
- Type a Document Number (e.g., invoice number) or Reference Number (e.g., PO number listed on an invoice) into the main search bar at the top of the screen.
- Press Enter or wait for results to appear.
Using Simple Filters:
- Status Filter:
- Click the Status bar (top right).
- Select/deselect statuses to show only documents in those specific stages (e.g., only Ready and User Review).
- Quick Filters:
- Click the Filter icon (funnel, top right).
- Use the Supplier (or Customer/Employee) drop-down to select a specific entity.
- Use the Assigned to drop-down to see documents assigned to a specific user.
- Click Apply.
Removing Filters:
- Click the Filter icon again and click Clear or deselect individual filter values.
- Click the Status bar and click Select All.
What Happens Next?
The list view updates instantly to show only the documents matching your search or filter criteria.
