Quick Start: Contacting Support

Need help with Zudello? Here's how to reach the support team.

Option 1: In-App Help Widget (Recommended)

  1. Click the Company Menu (your name/logo, top right).
  2. Click Help.
  3. A help widget appears (bottom right). Try searching for answers first.
  4. If you still need help, click Leave us a message.
  5. Fill in the details (your name/email are usually pre-filled). Clearly describe your issue or question. Include document links or screenshots if helpful.
  6. Click Send. Support will reply via email.

Option 2: Email

  1. Compose an email to support@zudello.com.
  2. Use a clear subject line.
  3. In the body, describe your issue or question clearly. Include document links or screenshots if helpful.
  4. Send the email.

Tip: For document-specific issues, copy the document's URL from your browser address bar and paste it into your support request.
