Need help with Zudello? Here's how to reach the support team.
Option 1: In-App Help Widget (Recommended)
- Click the Company Menu (your name/logo, top right).
- Click Help.
- A help widget appears (bottom right). Try searching for answers first.
- If you still need help, click Leave us a message.
- Fill in the details (your name/email are usually pre-filled). Clearly describe your issue or question. Include document links or screenshots if helpful.
- Click Send. Support will reply via email.
Option 2: Email
- Compose an email to
support@zudello.com
. - Use a clear subject line.
- In the body, describe your issue or question clearly. Include document links or screenshots if helpful.
- Send the email.
Tip: For document-specific issues, copy the document's URL from your browser address bar and paste it into your support request.
