Project data is synchronized from Great Plains to Zudello. The integration extracts projects from the fourth segment of your Great Plains account codes, enabling project-based cost tracking and reporting. This is sometimes used for "Building References" in construction contexts.

Key Behaviours
- Extracted from Accounts: Projects are derived from the chart of accounts structure. The integration groups all unique values from the fourth account segment to create the list of projects.
- Aggregated Status: A project is considered 'Active' in Zudello if any of the Great Plains accounts associated with that project code are active.
- Full Sync: This integration performs a full sync, meaning it refreshes the entire list of projects with each run to ensure the data is always current.
