Department data is synchronized from Great Plains to Zudello. The integration extracts departments from the second segment of your Great Plains account codes. This provides a unique list of departments for reporting and transaction coding.

Key Behaviours
- Extracted from Accounts: Departments are derived from the chart of accounts structure. The integration groups all unique values from the second account segment to create the list of departments.
- Aggregated Status: A department is considered 'Active' in Zudello if any of the Great Plains accounts associated with that department code are active.
- Full Sync: This integration performs a full sync, meaning it refreshes the entire list of departments with each run to ensure the data is always current.
