Real-Time Pricing Checks
Introduction
This integration provides real-time pricing checks for sales orders. It queries SAP Business One price lists and special customer-specific pricing to find the best available price, then updates the sales order in Zudello.
Key Behaviours
- Real-Time Checks: Pricing is checked automatically when a sales order is processed in Zudello.
- Best Price Guarantee: The integration compares the standard price list price with any special pricing available for the customer and applies the lower of the two.
- Automatic Updates: The calculated best price is automatically updated on the sales order line in Zudello.
Pricing Logic
The integration uses the following logic to determine the final price:
