New and improved​

Corporate Cards improvements​

The Corporate Cards module helps you manage the full lifecycle of company card expenses, from capture through to reconciliation, approval, and payment. We've made two improvements to make reconciliation faster and more accurate.

  • Automatic supplier matching for card transactions
    • When a card transaction arrives, Zudello now analyses the merchant name and automatically maps it to one of your suppliers if possible.
    • This powers faster, more accurate suggested matches. As a reminder, suggested matches fall into one of three categories:
      • Perfect match — same supplier, expense within three days of the payment date, amount within $0.01
      • Supplier match — same supplier, expense within 30 days of the payment date, amount within 10%
      • Amount match — amount within $0.01 of the payment, supplier and date are not considered

  • Import templates for reconciliation data
    • You can now configure import templates to bring payment and reconciliation data directly into the Corporate Cards module.
    • This makes it easier to bulk-load card transaction data without manual entry.

Resolutions​

We're constantly working to refine Zudello functionality and ensure that we address any issues as soon as possible. As part of this release, we've made the following resolutions and improvements:

  • We've fixed an issue that caused a crash during variance calculations when assessing lines with zero quantity
  • We've resolved an internal error that could occur during document validation
