See my outstanding approvals

Goal: View all sales orders waiting for your approval​

Time: 1 minute
You'll need: One or more sales orders assigned to you for approval
Outcome: View a list of invoicsales orders waiting for your approval

Step 1: Open the Requests submodule​

  1. In the modules menu, click Sales
  2. Click Requests

Accessing the Requests submodule

Step 2: View your pending approvals​

  1. The Requests submodule shows all sales orders waiting for your approval
  2. Review the sales order list to see important details:
    • Order number
    • Customer name
    • Order total
    • Order date

That was easy!​

You've found all your pending approval requests – now it's time to action them!

Tips and tricks​

  • Look for yellow price variance indicators which show orders requiring your attention
  • Check your email for approval notifications if configured for your account
  • Sales orders disappear from the Requests view once you've approved or rejected them
