Step 2: Initiate Import and Upload File

Start the import process within Zudello settings and upload the CSV file you prepared.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Imports:
    • Click the company menu (top right) > Settings.
    • Click Imports in the left sidebar.
  2. Create New Import: Click Create.
  3. Select Target:
    • Choose the Module where the records reside (e.g., Relationships, Dimensions).
    • Choose the specific Submodule (e.g., Suppliers, Accounts).
    • Important: Ensure this matches the type of records whose UUIDs are in your CSV file.
  4. Leave Form/Status Blank: For updates, typically leave the Form and Status drop-downs blank unless you intend to change these fields for all records in the file.
  5. Continue: Click Continue.
  6. Upload File:
    • Drag and drop your prepared CSV file onto the upload area.
    • Or, click Click here to upload and select your CSV file.

What Happens Next?

Zudello uploads the file and prepares for field mapping.
