  2. Define Search Criteria:
    • Field: Double-click and select the field Zudello should search within (e.g., Line Description).
    • Keywords: Double-click and enter the keyword(s) to look for (e.g., Freight, Shipping). Separate multiple keywords with commas if needed.
  3. Define Action:
    • Target field: Double-click and select the field to populate (e.g., Account Code).
    • Target value: Double-click and select the value to apply when the keyword is found (e.g., choose the "Freight Expense" account code).
  4. Save Rule: Click Save at the top right of the rules table.
  5. Test Rule:
    • Upload a new document (or use "Apply Trained Rules" on an existing one) that contains your specified keyword (e.g., "Freight") in the designated field (e.g., Line Description).
    • Wait for processing and open the document.
    • Verify that the Target Field (e.g., Account Code) has been automatically populated with the Target Value (e.g., "Freight Expense").

What Happens Next?

Your keyword rule is active and will automatically apply coding to future documents meeting the criteria.
