Finalise the process to combine the selected documents into one.

Steps:

  1. Review Selection: Double-check the list of selected documents in the merge window to ensure you have included all necessary parts and no incorrect documents.
  2. Confirm Merge: Click the Select or Merge button (the exact label might vary) to confirm the action.

What Happens Next?

  • Zudello combines the underlying files from all selected documents into a single file associated with the primary document (the one you initiated the merge from).
  • The other selected document records are typically deleted or marked in a way that removes them from active processing.
  • The primary document usually returns to Scanning status, as Zudello needs to re-process the newly combined file to extract data accurately from all pages.
