- Review Selection: Double-check the list of selected documents in the merge window to ensure you have included all necessary parts and no incorrect documents.
- Confirm Merge: Click the Select or Merge button (the exact label might vary) to confirm the action.
What Happens Next?
- Zudello combines the underlying files from all selected documents into a single file associated with the primary document (the one you initiated the merge from).
- The other selected document records are typically deleted or marked in a way that removes them from active processing.
- The primary document usually returns to Scanning status, as Zudello needs to re-process the newly combined file to extract data accurately from all pages.
