Step 1: Select Documents and Initiate Merge

Identify the separate document records in Zudello that actually belong together as one logical document.

Steps:

  1. Locate Documents: Navigate to the relevant submodule (e.g., Purchasing > Invoices) and find the separate records that need merging (e.g., Invoice Page 1, Invoice Page 2).
  2. Open Primary Document: Click to open one of the documents that will be part of the merge (it doesn't usually matter which one you start with).
  3. Initiate Merge Action:
    • Click the ... (more options) button at the top right of the document modal.
    • Select Merge from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Documents to Merge:
    • A document selection window appears.
    • Use the filters (Module, Submodule) and search bar if needed to find the other document(s) you want to merge with the current one.
    • Select the checkbox next to each document record you want to combine. Ensure you select all parts of the intended final document.

What Happens Next?

You have selected all the documents to be combined. The next step is to confirm the merge action.
