Section 2: Performing Archive/Delete Actions

You can archive or delete documents individually or in bulk.

Archiving/Deleting a Single Document:

  1. Open the Document: Navigate to and open the document you want to archive or delete.
  2. Access More Actions: Click the ... (more options) button at the top right.
  3. Select Action:
    • To Archive: Click Archive.
    • To Delete: Click the Delete icon (trash can).
  4. Confirm (If Prompted): Confirm the action if a pop-up appears.

Archiving/Deleting Multiple Documents (Bulk Action):

  1. Select Documents: In the list/table view of the relevant submodule, select the checkboxes next to each document you want to archive or delete.
  2. Access Bulk Actions: A bulk action bar appears at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Status Change: Click the Status button within the bulk action bar.
  4. Choose Action:
    • To Archive: Select Archive from the status list.
    • To Delete: Select Deleted from the status list.
  5. Confirm (If Prompted): Confirm the bulk action.

What Happens Next?

The selected document(s) are moved to the Archived or Deleted status and will typically disappear from your default view.
