Step 3: Save Customer Record

Finalise the creation of the new customer record.

Steps:

  1. Review Details: Quickly review all entered information for accuracy.
  2. Save: Click Save (or Save and Submit if customer approvals are configured, which is less common).

What Happens Next?

The customer record is saved, typically becoming Active immediately. It is now available for selection when creating sales documents like Sales Orders or Sales Invoices.
