Step 1: Create a New Customer Record

Begin by creating a new, empty record for the customer.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Relationships module using the top navigation bar.
2. Click the Customers submodule in the left sidebar.
3. Click the New Customer button at the top right.
4. In the pop-up window, click Create.

What Happens Next?

Zudello creates a new, blank customer record, typically in Active status (unless approvals are configured), and opens it for you to add the customer's details.
