Processing Logic​

Status Preservation​

The integration maintains the original employee status from Xero without any changes. Common statuses include ACTIVE, TERMINATED, and ARCHIVED.

Incremental Synchronization​

To save time, the integration only syncs employees that are new or have been updated since the last check.
