Step 1: Access Delegation Settings

Approval delegation is managed within your user profile on a per-team basis.

Steps:

  1. Click the company menu (your name or company logo) at the top right of the Zudello screen.
  2. Click Profile from the drop-down menu.
  3. Locate the Team settings section.
  4. Click the Team settings drop-down menu and select the specific team for which you want to set up delegation.
    • Note: You must configure delegation separately for each team you belong to if needed.
  5. Click the Delegation section header to expand it.

What Happens Next?

You are now viewing the delegation settings for the selected team and can proceed to choose your delegate and set the delegation period.
